James Rushford: You need somebody on your side, because when you get in an accident, the people who are gonna come talk to you aren't on your side usually. They're usually on the side of someone who's afraid you're going to sue them, or someone who's afraid you're gonna have a claim against them, or someone who wants to blame you for the accident. The earlier you get to council, the sooner you have that protection, you have someone on your side, then you can spend your time getting better. The best thing about representing injured people is when you're able to do something nice for them, to put them back to as close to where they were before the accident as possible. It feels so good.
